Bonjour, it’s THE RIDE here reminding you that Valentine’s Day will be here soon. Time to make plans for a special romantic evening—and since poetry is the best way to express the language of love, I’ve composed a sonnet to show you why THE RIDE is THE perfect date night activity in New York City (for Valentine’s Day or any other night of the year):

Why take THE RIDE on Valentine’s? Let me count the reasons:

my coach is warm and intimate; it’s right for all the seasons;

in fact, it’s such a lovely place, you’ll often see a ring

pop from a box, a question’s asked, and everybody sings!

But maybe you’re not ready yet because your new romance

is only in an early stage, but that’s fine—take the chance

that at the end of all my fun, you’ll end up with a kiss

and start a new relationship that fills you both with bliss.

Perhaps you’ve been together for a long time; then please know

my show will offer lots of laughs to help you feel connected so

you fall in love again; once more so happy with each other
