Everyone’s a wee bit Irish on St. Patrick’s Day – even THE RIDE. So don’t be surprised if you catch a glimpse of a magnificent, state-of-the-art, technology-bedecked bus—yup, that’s me—participating in the wearin’ o’ the green this March 17th. And why not? Everything else in New York City will be emerald-colored: the bagels, the beer, the clothes on the throngs of people watching the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, and even the center line down Fifth Avenue.
Speaking of the parade, grab a shamrock and step-dance over to see the NYC version. It’s the oldest (it was first held in 1762) and largest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the world. There will be bagpipers in plaid, marching bands from schools all across the country, and as always, lots and lots of politicians. When you get tired of standing amidst all the crowds and revelry, head down to Times Square and join me for a different kind of St. Patrick’s Day fun: an amazing, multi-sensory sightseeing trip around Mid-town Manhattan. Like the parade, your luxury coach ride will feature music and dancing, but instead of craning your neck to see everything as you did at the parade, you can sit back in a comfortable seat and simply enjoy the show via my floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s the perfect way to end an extraordinary day.
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day on THE RIDE with our $50 special offer, valid for all rides now-Friday 3/18.
Now, in honor of dear Saint Pat, let me end with a traditional Irish blessing:
May the lilt of Irish laughter
Lighten every load,
May the mist of Irish magic
Shorten every road,
May you taste the sweetest pleasures
That fortune ere bestowed,
And may all your friends remember
All the favors you are owed.
